General Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that 100% of our customers receive 100% customer satisfaction 100% of the time. – Champion this effort by ensuring that we recruit top talent, that they receive the best training in the industry and are treated like our customers – Ensure that the company culture is consistently role modeled by the managers and employees at the dealership – Coach and mentor key managers and employees to achieve peak performance and their career goals – Set, monitor and drive the achievement of performance targets – Grow the dealership’s sales volume and profits – Ensure 100% compliance – Work directly with our most sensitive customer complaints to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
Outstanding leadership skills – Customer focused – High ethics and integrity – Positive influence on customers, employees and vendors – Strong work ethic – Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager of an automotive dealership – Strong grasp on compliance requirements in the dealership industry – Strong computer and Internet skills (multiple platforms) – ADP Dealer Services Experience a plus
Job Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need to be highly detail- oriented with solid organizational and time- management skills, possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills, true passion and understanding of the industry, along with strong customer service and active – listening abilities.
- Three years of automotive General Sales Manager experience.
- Two years of automotive Sales Manager experience required
- One year of automotive Finance Manager experience preferred
- Must possess strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and fairly clean driving record (no major violations)
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
